It's a Date Black Tea
We've attempted to capture the sweet and sour nature of love in this soft, fragrant blend!
North American native chokecherries are famous for their super tart taste. To balance this out, we've blended them with one of humankind's first sweeteners, date pieces (in oatflour), along with calendula, our beloved hibiscus, honeybush, and a touch of vanilla bean (originally from Mexico) to round it all out. All of this with a lovely Kumaon Black Tea base.
This version of the blend contains caffeine, so it's perfect for a fun energizing date! We do offer this mix without the Kumaon black tea base (and caffeine) as well if that's your preference - we won't judge ;)

This package contains 4 oz of loose tea.
On average, 4 oz of loose tea will produce 30-40 liquid 8 oz cups of tea. Many teas, especially true teas containing Camellia sinesis, can be steeped more than once.
To prepare, use 1-1.5 tsp of tea per 8 oz of water. Steep for 5+ minutes at 205°F / 96°C.
